History of Informational Workflows

The Information tab displays a list of completed workflows where the user was included for informational purposes. While no action is required, users can review process details.

Using the History Information Tab

  1. Viewing Informational Processes:

    • When the History tab is selected in the Workflow Management screen, workflows where the user was included for informational purposes are displayed in the Information tab.
    • By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are shown. Older records can be accessed by adjusting the date filter.

  2. Accessing Process Details in the Information Tab:

    • Clicking on any workflow in the list opens its detailed view.
    • The opened panel displays process progress, participants, and process history.

  3. Filtering and Searching Informational Workflows:

    • The search bar at the top right allows users to find specific processes.
    • The list can be filtered by process name, notification date, or other criteria.
    • By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are displayed. Older records can be accessed by modifying the date filter.

Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization: Users can only view processes where they were included for informational purposes.
  • Date Filter: By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are displayed. Older records can be accessed by adjusting the date filter.
  • Process Details: Users can review the details of informational processes but cannot take any actions on them.
  • Informational workflows are displayed only to notify users and do not require any actions.
  • Filtering and search features allow users to review informational workflows within a specific date range.
  • The workflow history can be reviewed to track the process flow and see which users were involved.
